Do you install monuments and cover graves with stone slabs?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No, our company provides just grave maintenance services listed on our website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you lay paving stones around the gravesite?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

No, we are a grave attending and maintenance company. We plant flowers, light candles, tidy up the grave and the surrounding environment. We do not carry out any work for the gravesite related to uncover, excavation, concreting or any of the similar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What type of flowers can you deliver to the cemetery?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Flowers, baskets and their types are displayed in the Services<\/a> section, below the Mini<\/em> or Maxi<\/em> service packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Can you deliver only the flowers to the gravesite?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Considering the costs of graves visiting, the order is only accepted by choosing a package of grave maintenance, therefore the flowers are available as additional items. Unfortunately, we do not deliver only flowers or candles to the cemetery without choosing a maintenance package.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you calculate the price and distance cost to the gravesite?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our company is located almost in the center of Lithuania - the village of Janu\u0161koniai, Radvili\u0161kis district. Therefore, the distances from the company are divided by kilometers. In the future, it may be that some cities will have additional fees, but at moment it is calculated in our service package cost, and there is no fee for reaching a gravesite in Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Note. We are planning to have representatives of our company in the main regions of Lithuania in the future therefore the additional fee of a distance to a gravesite will be eliminated.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you visit the cemeteries, monuments of soldiers?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yes, in the individual cases we are visiting the gravesites and memorial places of soldiers, scouts, victims of the First and Second World Wars, Lithuanian resistant partisans, or Holocaust victims. Please contact us for additional information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is it possible to order regular gravesite maintenance for all the year?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Do you refund the money if I am not satisfied with the quality of the service provided and when does it apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The detailed information about refund policy and terms is provided in the section Terms & Conditions<\/a>. We can refund money in case if the service was not supplied or the indicated gravesite was not found or it cannot be reached due to certain circumstances indicated in Terms & Conditions<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Could you provide gravesite maintenance services for relatives in Poland or other neighboring countries?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The works are carried out only in the territory of the Republic of Lithuania.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How can I pay for the service?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

We accept the following payment methods: e-banking, PaySera, PayPal, Vipps platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do I know when the gravesite maintenance is finished?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You will need to fill out a form with your contact details before proceeding with the payment. This is how your personal account will be created. We take a few photos before and after the gravesite maintenance. Within 24 hours from the date of the gravesite clean-up, the files and comments are loaded to our database, then you will automatically get a report on Your personal account created on the website system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do the graves are maintained and tidied in the winter?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the cold season, flower planting, weeding and similar works generally are not possible. In the some cases we can clean the snow, bring your chosen flowers, light candles, but the service should be to be arranged by contacting us<\/a> in advance. Our common services are not supplied from 15th of November to 15th of March, but some orders, arranged in advance, are accepted and executed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
